Shipping

The vast majority of orders will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 12.30pm. Orders placed after 12.30pm will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We take no responsibility for an incorrect address.

Pick The Date – Concierge Service

Shipping dates are not guaranteed. The “Pick The Date” service is not guaranteed due to COVID.

We are currently sending all “pick the date” PalPack’s out 1 day earlier. Due to COVID, there are significant delays in the delivery network and the majority of orders are taking 2 days to arrive. We have taken this approach because we feel it’s better your order arrives slightly early or on time, rather than arriving late.
