How do I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us saying your order has been completed. When your package is out for delivery, you should receive a message or email from DPD with a tracking number, and a notice for a delivery time.

How long does delivery of cards take?

We send all our card orders with An Post, which estimates 2-3 working days for delivery.

How long does it take for my Line Art to come?

Completion of our Line Arts takes up to 7 working days, and then 2-3 working days delivery with our courier.

I haven’t received an order confirmation email, should I be worried?

Don’t be worried! Sometimes emails can go into Spam/Junk folders, have you checked there? If not, you can always check your order progress by emailing us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you with your order.

I made an order but some of the details I put are incorrect, can this be changed?

Yes! If you notice something is wrong with the details you provided, please let us know as soon as possible, and we can make changes such as misspelt address, adding note to order etc. However, if you have received an email saying your order has been completed, changes CANNOT be made after this point. You are responsible for ensuring details are correct, in particular delivery address. We take no responsibility for wrong details provided to us i.e. eircode.

I need my order by a certain date! What should I do?

We got you! At checkout, you will see an option for ‘Select a Date’, and this will let us know when you want your order to be delivered, so we can try our best to get it delivered on that date. Of course, selected delivery can never be guaranteed due to issues out of our control with couriers. There is also the exception of weekends and bank holidays where there is typically no delivery service available. However, the majority of the time your order will be delivered on the selected date.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived, What Now?

If your order has not arrived in at least 3 working days from receiving your ‘Order Completed’ email, please contact us at [email protected] and we will look into this for  you. Sometimes delays with couriers can cause longer delivery times, but we will be sure to look into it and make sure that you receive your order, that is our priority.

Do You Ship Outside Of Ireland?

We do not ship gifts to the UK. To place an order for a card to the UK, please send us a message through the contact form on our website. There are some products that we cannot ship outside of the Republic of Ireland due to shipping rules with our courier, such as liquids or alcohol.
